A Note on Odour Reduction
We are often asked about removing specific smells (such as damp, pets, or smoke). While thorough cleaning of fabrics and carpets can significantly reduce odours, we do not guarantee total elimination. Odour removal success depends entirely on locating and neutralising the source, which can sometimes penetrate deep into seating foam or ventilation systems.
